We work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. Our therapists are experienced with both individual and family dynamics and tailor treatment to your unique needs.

2. What types of therapy do you offer?

We use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, attachment-focused therapy, grief counseling, and person-centered therapy. Each therapist also brings their own specialties to meet different client needs.

3. How do I know if counseling is right for me?

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, counseling can provide a safe space for support, clarity, and new coping strategies. Many clients find that even a few sessions help them feel less alone and more empowered.

4. What should I expect in the first session?

The first session is about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit.

5. How long does therapy usually take?

Everyone’s journey is different. Some people come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper growth. We’ll work together to determine the pace and frequency that’s best for you.

6. Do you see individuals, couples, and families?

Yes. We work with individuals from ages 13 and up, as well as couples and families who want to strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, or improve communication.
