Rates

Each of our therapists sets their own session rate. Self-pay fees for a standard 55-minute session typically range from $150 to $200. For specific rates and availability, please feel free to contact us directly — we’re happy to answer your questions and help you find the right fit.

Good Faith Estimate

As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected cost of your care. This applies to individuals who are uninsured or not using insurance for their services.

In accordance with federal law, providers are required to give you a written estimate of the total cost of non-emergency services. This estimate should be provided at least one business day before your scheduled appointment, and may include related services such as evaluations, lab work, or other treatment components if applicable.

You can also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time — even before scheduling an appointment.

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.

We recommend keeping a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.

Insurance

Our services may be covered fully or partially by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Since coverage can vary, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to better understand your mental health benefits. Here are a few helpful questions to ask:

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• How many therapy sessions are covered per year?

• What is my co-pay or co-insurance per session?

• Do I need a referral or pre-authorization from my primary care provider?

Our therapists are in-network with a number of insurance plans, including:

Anthem BCBS, Anthem HealthKeepers, CareFirst BCBS, BCBS, Aetna, Peak, Medicare, and Tricare.

Please note: We do not currently have providers in-network with Medicaid, Cigna, BCBS HealthKeepers Plus, or UnitedHealthcare.

Insurance participation varies by provider. For the most current information on which clinicians are in-network with your plan, please refer to the list below or contact us directly — we’re happy to help you navigate your options.

Please Note: We strongly recommend contacting your health insurance provider before your first visit. Some insurance companies contract with third-party administrators for mental health services, which may affect your coverage with us. Verifying this in advance can help prevent unexpected costs.

We offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions based on financial need and therapist availability. Please inquire if you’re interested in exploring this option.
